OPEN POSITION: Pharmaceutical Technician in Development Laboratory
Key tasks and responsibilities:
- Work in the laboratory
- Preparation of development samples
- Preparation of samples for analysis
- Assisting in the development of new formulations
- Ensuring cleanliness and tidiness of the laboratory and related equipment
- Calibration of laboratory equipment
- Monitoring of laboratory supplies and stock

We expect from you:
- Previous work experience in similar positions
- Required education (minimum high school diploma)
- Interest in the world of cosmetics and skincare
- Communication and organizational skills
- Computer literacy (MS Office)
OPEN POSITION: Formulator
Key tasks and responsibilities:
- Development and improvement of cosmetic formulations according to industry rules and the latest pharmacological and cosmetic achievements, standards, and trends
- Reporting to the Employer on the status of the development of cosmetic formulations, both improved existing ones and newly created ones
- Research and selection of necessary raw materials
- Cost management of cosmetic formulation development
- Preparation and organization of samples for quality control
- Communication and cooperation with partner laboratories
- Communication with suppliers of cosmetic raw materials and packaging
- Inventory management and timely ordering of goods from suppliers
- Registration of products in the CPNP, maintenance of PIF, and maintenance of legally required documentation on products, packaging, and raw materials
- Ensuring sanitary conditions and maintaining a sanitary protocol
- Ensuring proper handling of analytical and production instruments
- Knowledge of positive legal regulations (laws, subordinate regulations, and decisions of the European Union) related to manufacturing practices and assessment of raw material safety
- Professional development and following trends in the field
We expect from you:
- At least 3 years of previous work experience in similar positions
- Higher education in a relevant field is an advantage
- Knowledge of new trends in the world of cosmetics and skincare
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Independence and proactivity in work
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Computer literacy (MS Office)
