Payment and delivery

PAYMENT OF GOODS

The Buyer undertakes to pay the ordered products along with delivery costs to the seller, the company Creaticon Ltd., using one of the following payment methods:

  • Cash on delivery
  • Bank transfer - via a general payment slip or internet banking
  • American Express® single payment
  • Erste Card Club Diners® single payment or installment up to 6 installments for orders over €33.18
  • Erste Card Club Mastercard®, Visa, and Maestro® single payment or installment up to 6 installments for orders over €33.18
  • Visa, Visa Premium, and Maestro® of Privredna Banka Zagreb single payment or installment up to 3 installments for orders over €33.18

The purchase contract is concluded upon receipt of payment.

If paying cash on delivery, you will pay for your order with the exact amount in cash to the courier upon receiving the goods. The courier offers cash on delivery as an additional service, which is therefore subject to an additional charge.

If paying by bank transfer, after creating your order, you will receive all necessary information via email to complete the transfer (general payment slip). Your order reserves the items and quantity. The usual payment model is 01 (payment by invoice), but some banks have their own codes. You can leave it without a model number, but it is best to contact your bank if the order reports an error. Be sure to enter the order number in the payment reference (received in the confirmation email of your order).

This number is used to quickly link your payment to the order. The usual time for transaction confirmation between banks is a maximum of 48 hours. Skintegra.hr holds the reservation for 3 days. The reservation can be extended upon your request by contacting the administrator at info@skintegra.hr. The goods are delivered after the amount is transferred to the bank account.

DELIVERY

Standard delivery in Croatia

  • DPD delivery from Monday to Friday
  • Tracked delivery
  • €2 (FREE for orders over €40)

International standard and priority delivery possible via the webshop www.skintegra.com.

Except for pre-sale, most products are shipped within 2 to 3 working days and delivered within 1-2 working days from dispatch for most destinations in Croatia (for islands and smaller places, shipments are delivered according to the DPD schedule).

Orders received are usually processed the next working day (Monday to Friday) and sent to the customer (recipient of the shipment) within 24 hours. The exception is during promotional and seasonal periods when, due to the increased number of orders, the preparation of shipments may exceptionally take longer than 24 hours.

After ordering, you will receive:

  • an order confirmation via email, within a few minutes of confirming the order
  • notification that the order has been sent by DPD via email with the shipment number, usually within 1 working day of confirming the order (except during pre-sale periods when the expected delivery time is longer)
  • a notification that your shipment will arrive tomorrow at your address, via SMS from DPD if you provided a mobile number

If the contents of the shipment are damaged or otherwise do not correspond to what was purchased, contact us via email at info@skintegra.hr without delay.
